How can I cancel my streaming service?

You are solely responsible for canceling your streaming service. An email or phone request to cancel your subscription is not considered cancellation. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your my-account/subscriptions page.

If you cancel your subscription before the end of your current paid-up month, your cancellation will take effect immediately, and you will not be charged again.

Once you cancel your streaming service, you will lose access to Visual Wilderness streaming content at the end of current subscription period. We do not provide refunds.

Can I switch my streaming service between the monthly and annual plan?

Yes. You simply need to cancel your current streaming service plan and sign up for a new plan. Use the links below.

How can I renew my streaming service?

Your streaming service will automatically renew on a monthly or annual basis. If you do not wish to renew your Visual Wilderness streaming service, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your my-account/subscriptions page.
