How Not to Change your Lens

How Not to Change Your Lens

We often change our lenses in the field and we recommend that you point your camera and lens away from the wind when changing your lens. Here is one way that you should NOT be changing your lens. 😉

FYI: No cameras or lenses where harmed in making of this video. This one was already damaged in Iceland.

About Author Jay Patel

I could startoff like this – “Seeds of Jay Patel’s appreciation for beautiful places were planted early in his childhood….” but it would get boring really fast. I will just sum it up and say that I am a Landscape and Wilderness Photographer who loves to capture dramatic light. My photographs have been published in various magazines, calendars and advertising materials throughout the world.

Patience is a virtue...unless you are chasing your dreams

okay, that’s funny. Got one on how to actually do the change right?

    • That is easy…Just dont drop it. Actually we do go through this in the video a bit….we keep our camera out of the wind and point the camera down to change the lens.
