Purchasing a video tutorial allows you to download that video tutorial and play it later from your own device even when you are not connected to the internet.
A subscription to the VW Streaming Service allows you to stream ALL webinar recordings and video tutorials from any device with a high-speed internet connection. You can NOT download videos to your own device for offline use.
What is Included in the VW Streaming Service?
You will gain unlimited streaming access to ALL video tutorials and webinars on Visual Wilderness while your service is active.
You will never have to worry about losing your video files due to hard drive failure, computer upgrades, or crashes.
All your webinars and video tutorials are accessible at any time, from any location, and from any device with a high-speed internet connection.
As long as your service remains active, your monthly price will not increase.
What is NOT included in the VW Streaming Service?
The VW Streaming Service DOES NOT include access to eBooks and exclusive one time offers.
The VW Streaming Service may not include access to all recorded sessions of online classes.
How big are the downloads?
The largest downloadable ZIP file is less than 2GB. Each video tutorial may have several downloadable ZIP files.
Is there a limit on Downloads?
You have 30 days to download video files. We strongly recommend that you backup your videos files. Once the video link expires, we do not provide replacement for the video files.
Can I save your video tutorials on an Android device?
Yes. While it is possible to save the downloaded files directly to your Android device, we highly recommend that you download the files to your laptop or desktop computer, unzip the files, and then transfer them to your Android device.
How can I save your video tutorials on an Apple iOS device?
Unfortunately, Apple iOS devices will not permit video downloads from the web, as Apple only permits video downloads from the Apple iTunes and App Stores. (You can open the video files in Safari, but you cannot save the videos to your device.) To view our videos on an iOS device, purchase from a computer, and then sync the file to your device via iTunes.
